• Device & Usage Information: We may collect standard technical logs, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and app usage statistics to debug issues and improve app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the features of Dairy Mitra (e.g., storing your custom logs, tracking calculation history).
• To authenticate your identity and keep your premium account and purchase status secure.
• To process premium upgrades and verify transactions safely.
• To send important updates, support messages, or respond to your inquiries.
• To analyze usage trends and enhance the application’s design and tools.

3. Third-Party Services & Payment Processing

We work with trusted third-party services to handle specific features safely:

• Google Play Services & Firebase: We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, Cloud Firestore for cloud database storage, and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. These services process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
• Secure Payment Gateways: When you purchase a premium plan, all transactions are handled securely through Google Play Store billing. We do not store or process your credit card, bank account, or raw payment details directly.

4. Data Security & Retention

The security of your personal data is highly important to us. We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures (including secure HTTPS communication and database encryption) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

We retain your account and calculation data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with the services. You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access & Export: You can view and export your saved calculation records directly within the app.
• Data Correction: You can update your account profile information.
• Account Deletion: You can request to delete your entire account and associated calculations from our databases by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

Dairy Mitra is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately to have it deleted.
